Firmly established as Ireland’s foremost jazz piano trio, pianist Phil Ware, bassist Dave Redmond and drummer Kevin Brady join forces with multi-award-winning Swedish trumpet player Anders Bergcrantz. Taking a different path from the serene and subdued approach often found in Scandinavian jazz, Bergcrantz’s playing unashamedly bears the fiery hallmarks of Freddie Hubbard, Lee Morgan and Woody Shaw, making this a truly hard-swinging meeting of musical minds.
